It's been a LONG year for everyone and we understand too, it's been a hard one for many.
When we got news of the easing of the restrictions, we immediately sprung to action and put the plans in place to get started again! What a few weeks it has been!
We are absolutely over the moon to have opened the first 3 of our academy venues for the kids again. Seeing all their faces beaming as they arrived, boots & gloves at the ready - even the coaches got a bit overwhelmed at the excitement of it all.
We all did our part to get through this but the kids won us all over with their patience and resilience. So this is their time to shine back on the pitch where they belong.
The coaching they get here and now will benefit them when they are back playing games - they all want that coveted first position so this is the opportunity for them to get the coaching they need to give them the edge, belief and focus.

“Like everyone I thought this day would never come. I have been lucky to have played on through most of this but I know how hard it was for the players to not be training and playing weekly. But this is the time now to go in hard and with energy. The coaches are ready to work with every player in the academy to give them the edge they need for when games begin again. The players have lost a year at a vital time for them so they need to work hard to make up for lost time. We are ready to help them do that. Well done to every player who has got back, I hear the updates from the coaches and look forward to seeing the progress over the coming months”
